This was our first time here for my son who is about to turn 9 so this review is from him. He loved the atmosphere and “felt like a man” being there. He really enjoyed the hair washing, scalp massage and hot towel (made him feel very grown up and special). Heather really listened to what he wanted he thought she was “really cool”. He does not want to go to any other place now.
